Instructions to manually install the Audio Network Plug-in for Adobe Premiere Pro

If you have experienced issues during the installation process, the below instructions offer an alternative way to install the Audio Network plug-in for Premiere Pro. This completes the same steps that are executed automatically by our installer process.

• Every product and update generates a product install log. Creative Cloud installers create log files using a couple of different mechanisms. Depending upon the type of logging mechanism used, look for either 'installer.log' or a log.gz file, such as 'Adobe InDesign CC 2015 11.3.0.034.log.gz.'
• The Creative Cloud desktop app fails to install or update usually because the Creative Cloud apps on your machine have become corrupted or your machine can't connect to the Adobe servers. Error messages for these problems are: Error code 1 Error code P1.

2. Install the Adobe Extensions Manager from Anastasiy.
This Extensions Manager is a product from Anastasiy which helps with the management of your Creative Cloud extensions. This will enable you to simply install the .zxp file we supply, to your Premiere Pro suite.

2a. Visit http://install.anastasiy.com

2b. Download for Mac or Windows

2d. Click on Install to open up a dialog window. Select the ZXP file from your Downloads or saved location.

2e. Await success notification. The Extension Manager can then be closed.

By following the above steps, the extension will now be available in Premiere Pro. To open within Premiere Pro, navigate to Windows > Extensions > Audio Network Music

How to fix 'failed to install' or 'failed to update' errors

The Creative Cloud desktop app fails to install or update usually because the Creative Cloud apps on your machine have become corrupted or your machine can't connect to the Adobe servers. Error messages for these problems are:

• Error code 50
• Error code P50

• Error code 301
• Error code C301
• Error code 1001
• Error code 1002

Create a new local user account with administrator privileges for your machine.

• Windows 10: See Create a local user account in Windows 10.
• Windows 8 and Windows 7: See Create a user account.
• macOS: See Set up users, guests, and groups on your Mac.

Uninstall the Creative Cloud desktop app using the Creative Cloud desktop app uninstaller.

If you're using Windows, you may be prompted to save the downloaded file. If you're using macOS, you may be prompted to allow the download to take place.

Go to the downloaded file on your device, and double-click it.


Sign in to begin installation. Then, follow the onscreen instructions.

Once you have installed the Creative Cloud desktop app, it launches automatically.
